Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 14 to 20 business days from the date of order, including processing and transit. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as final delivery depends on the carrier and your local postal service.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs and duties
For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are set by your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays
